Classes are accessible to all, with options to modify, progress, or regress as needed. Community is at the heart of what we do at MWM, and I’m incredibly proud of the community we’ve been building over the last four years. It’s a growing group of amazing, like-minded yet uniquely individual people who are passionate about moving their bodies and nurturing their minds. Alongside your weekly practice, there are plenty of opportunities to get involved at MWM, from monthly wellness workshops and community socials to seasonal retreat days. Soon enough, you’ll realize that Pilates has become more of a lifestyle than just a movement practice.
